AUCA Tech Center is the first private university established in Rwanda.

It is part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system which is the world’s second-largest Christian school system.

It also had the honour of being officially inaugurated by a government representative, President Paul Kagame.

It is also recognized for its contribution to national development through STEM education.
